Joe Dye is responsible for overseeing all development activities, excluding leasing. Prior to joining American Asset Corporation in 2002, he served as senior project manager at Trammel Crow.

Mr. Dye holds a bachelor of science from Indiana University as well as a certificate in building construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
