Rob Hicks is responsible for acquisitions, development, and leasing for American Asset Corporation’s retail projects in the Raleigh market. During his 17 years in the commercial real estate sector, he has also served as vice president of Divaris and held the post of vice president at Runnymede Corporation.

After completing his bachelor of science at James Madison University, Mr. Hicks continued to Embry Riddle University, where he earned both a master of science and a master of business administration. Additionally, he maintains an active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
